Who is responsible

Rico Clinic, 4934 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, Québec. Person in charge of the protection of personal information: [name, title], [email].

What we collect, and why

• Your name and email address, to give you an account and contact you about the course.
• A password, stored only as a secure one-way hash. Nobody can read it.
• Your progress, quiz answers and scores, so you can continue where you left off and so Vlad can follow and sign off your training.
• Feedback you choose to send, to improve the course.
• If you join the waitlist: your email address and the date you agreed, only to tell you when enrollment opens.
• A profile photo and short bio, only if you add them.

Where it is kept

On Rico Clinic's web hosting with Infomaniak, whose data centres are located in Switzerland. Botonomy, which builds and maintains the academy for Rico Clinic, can access it to keep the academy running.

Who sees it

Vlad and Rico Clinic's team, and Botonomy as its service provider. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.

How long

While you are enrolled, and then as long as needed to confirm your training record, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the person named above.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in, and one protects the sign-in form. No advertising or tracking cookies.
