Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Québec's Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code of Québec, which cannot be waived by agreement.
Rico Clinic Academy is education in scalp micropigmentation (SMP). The online lessons teach theory; practical skills are developed through your own practice and, in the Masterclass, supervised work in the clinic.
We do not promise any result, income or number of clients. What you achieve depends on your own practice, your skill and how you apply the course material, and it varies from one student to another.
A certificate of completion from Rico Clinic Academy confirms that you completed the course and, where stated, which skills were signed off. It is not a licence, a government permit or an accreditation, and it does not authorize you to practise.
Before you treat anyone, you are responsible for meeting the rules where you work, including any permits, hygiene training and insurance they require. Rico Clinic and Vladimir Popovici are not responsible for treatments you perform outside the academy's supervision.
SMP is a cosmetic procedure. Nothing in the course is medical advice. Clients with a medical condition must be referred to a physician, as the course teaches.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Be respectful in the feedback and community spaces. We may suspend an account that is used to harm others or to copy the course.
The lessons, videos, manuals and quizzes belong to Rico Clinic. They are for your personal learning only: please do not copy, record, share or resell them.
We take care to keep the course accurate and the academy available, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free or always online. Where the law allows, Rico Clinic is not liable for indirect losses. This does not exclude or limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there.
